Forget everything that you have already written. Give me your hand.  Close your eyes.  Listen. Every text begins in silence.  Stop breaking the rules. Watch the gathering arrive. Watch the gathering arrive, single file. The watchers themselves arrive. 

To be repositioned into the center of your life. The intersection of four directions, four seasons, four Songs of Creation. The habits of your days and nights, please take them off like your shoes.  As well as your dreams of what may come; for almost all of them lead you away from the center of your life.

Again and again, please forget all that you know or wish to know.  Do you come for medicine? Do you come at long last to lose your balance, to fall into the very center of this life? My friends, please leave your worries alone. We beg for singing. Problems are not solved here. They are blown upon. Fools for God we are.  Leave your notions of right and wrong alone. Take off your shoes. It is the light within you that shines upon your very next step. All living texts begin in silence.
