MAINE retreats

Retreats gather for 5-6 days of focused spiritual practice and training. Each day of the retreat includes silence, Laura's teaching, group discussion/interactive work and the living "treatment" or medicine of the particular Song. Silent meditation and prayer are the ground of our practice. This is a mystical tradition of Love that works directly with individuals. The teachings follow the current and structure of each Song of Creation as it takes shape in the group. This is exceedingly precise transformational work, 'living water' arriving for one and all. To speak of the Songs of Creation is to hint at the precision of Love in the depth of the heart. The retreats have no religious affiliation, rather call together those in devotion and service to the Divine.

"The Song of 13 Ghost Points"
September 16-20, 2020 Wednesday 5pm - Sunday 5pm

The Song of 13 is a discipline, a path of purification, ancient teachings on spiritual poverty. How a life is lost and found and lost again. This is a road of surrender, what is required for the 'true human being'. 13 points, 13 stages, 13 distinct tests inside of each person's life. This Song requires 100% faith. It is the guarded domain of the miraculous. If the physician of the Song of 7 were visioned as a master of the movement of life, weather above and soil below, the physician of the 13 ghost points is the surgeon, trained to reach the human error, the lock on the hidden door.

The retreat will gather as usual, but this year it will be 1 -day shorter and on Zoom. We are learning how to tend the group well on zoom. There will also be a small group of mostly local practitioners that will gather, in Whitefield, for the full 5 days. This group will guard the rooting of the Song and the depth of the Medicine. This group will include the 3 Guests (patients) of the Song. We will guard the safety of all in how we live together. This small group has already been formed, as there is a legal limit to the number of people allowed here. The summer retreat went very well. We were able to weave the local group along with the Zoom group together as one group.

The days will be scheduled carefully to allow those who are participating on-line the focus and participation needed to experience the depth of the retreat.

March 10-15, 2020 Tuesday 5pm - Sunday 5pm

The Song of 12 sings the promise of the soul's union with God. 12 is the number, the revelation of the complete journey of human evolution. From guide to traveller, physician to patient, the Love is reflected from heart to heart. The Song of 12 is a song of mystical love. This Song, "like hot water on snow," and the alchemical fire that is built within the group requires endurance, faith and trust to face oneself.

summer RETREAT: the song of 7

"The Song of Genesis: 7 Stars, 7 Masters, 7 Dragons"
June 24-28, 2020 Wednesday 5pm - Sunday 5pm

Long before it was woven into teachings and medicine to correct disturbance, this Song was the way we lived and prayed, how we gave birth to our children and buried our dead. The Golden Age, Eden, by instruction, how we guarded the central axis of all life. The Song teaches and works with the movement of the stars, the birds, and the seas inside of each person. The revelation that each human being is the microcosm of the whole is returned. 7 is the number, the revelation of mystical consciousness. Its teachings carry the secrets of Oneness, the deepest secrets of human incarnation.
